Terms and Conditions for Independent Associates and Customers
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between PASS ONE GLOBAL ENTERPRISES (“Company”), operating through PASS ONE GLOBAL NETWORK, and its Customers, Independent Associates, and Business Promoters.
The Company operates under:

By registering, purchasing products, referring customers, or participating in the Company’s marketing activities, the individual agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Nature of Business
2.1 The Company is engaged in the promotion, marketing, and sale of products through user to user selling and network-based referral activities.
2.2 The Company provides an opportunity for eligible participants to earn incentives, commissions, rewards, and recognition based on product sales and approved compensation plans.
2.3 The Company does not guarantee employment, fixed salary, or assured income.
- Free Registration
3.1 Registration as a Customer or Independent Associate is free of charge.
3.2 No person shall be required to pay any joining fee, membership fee, franchise fee, or compulsory enrollment fee to participate in the business opportunity.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any registration without assigning reasons.
- Product Purchase Requirement
4.1 Referral commissions and incentives shall be payable only against the sale and purchase of genuine Company products and services.
4.2 Income shall not be generated solely from recruitment or introduction of participants.
4.3 Customers and Associates are encouraged to purchase products based on their genuine requirements and preferences.
- Independent Associate Status
5.1 Independent Associates are self-employed business promoters and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of the Company.
5.2 Associates shall not represent themselves as employees of the Company.
5.3 Associates shall be solely responsible for compliance with applicable tax obligations and statutory requirements arising from their earnings.
- Compensation Plan
6.1 Commissions, incentives, bonuses, rewards, leadership benefits, and recognition shall be governed by the Company’s official Compensation Plan, as amended from time to time.
6.2 Eligibility for incentives shall depend upon fulfillment of business targets, active status requirements, product sales performance, and compliance with Company policies.
6.3 The Company reserves the right to revise, modify, suspend, or discontinue any component of the Compensation Plan.
- Product Sales and Marketing Conduct

7.2 False, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims regarding products, income potential, or business opportunities are strictly prohibited.
7.3 Associates shall not make medical claims, guaranteed income claims, or unauthorized representations.
- Income Disclaimer
8.1 Individual results may vary significantly.
8.2 Earnings depend upon personal effort, sales ability, leadership, business development activities, and market conditions.
8.3 The Company does not guarantee any specific level of income, rewards, bonuses, or success.
- Code of Ethics
Associates shall:
- Conduct business professionally and respectfully.
- Maintain confidentiality of Company information.
- Avoid unfair competition and unethical practices.
- Refrain from making negative statements about competitors.
- Follow all Company policies and applicable laws.
- Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Pyramid schemes or chain referral activities without product sales.
- Misrepresentation of products or compensation plans.
- Unauthorized use of Company trademarks, logos, or promotional materials.
- Spamming, deceptive advertising, or unlawful solicitation.
- Selling counterfeit or competing products using the Company’s network.
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
- Rewards and Recognition
11.1 Associates may qualify for rewards, recognition programs, domestic tours, international tours, leadership benefits, and other incentives based on achievement criteria.
11.2 The Company reserves the right to modify qualification requirements and reward structures.
11.3 Rewards are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the Company.
- Refund and Return Policy
12.1 Customers may return eligible products in accordance with the Company’s Return and Refund Policy published on the official website.
12.2 Refund requests shall be processed subject to verification of purchase records and product condition.
12.3 Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized handling may not qualify for return.
- Termination and Suspension
The Company may suspend or terminate any Associate account for:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent conduct.
- Misrepresentation.
- Non-compliance with Company policies.
- Activities detrimental to the Company’s reputation.
Termination shall result in forfeiture of future commissions not yet vested.
- Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand names, marketing materials, product information, and website content are the exclusive property of the Company.
No Associate may reproduce, distribute, modify, or use such materials without written permission.
- Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the business opportunity or use of Company products.
The maximum liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the participant for the relevant product or transaction.
- Data Privacy
Participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of personal information for:
- Registration purposes,
- Order processing,
- Commission payments,
- Customer support,
- Legal and regulatory compliance.
The Company shall take reasonable measures to safeguard personal data.
- Taxation
Associates are solely responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes on commissions and incentives received from the Company.
The Company may deduct taxes at source wherever required by law.
- Amendment of Policies
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions, Compensation Plan, Policies, and Procedures at any time.
Continued participation after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at the Company’s registered office location.
- Acceptance
By registering on www.passone.in, purchasing products, or participating in PASS ONE GLOBAL NETWORK, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
