Chikani supari (Areca cathechu):- it is a graceful, stemmed, slender, trunk perennial palm cultivated in the coastal regions of India. It contains catechin, gallic acid fat, and alkaloids. It is very useful in women physical weakness, facial paleness, backache, anemia, pain in the shins, anxiety, anemia, and uneasiness.
Ashok chal (SaracaIndica):- it helps to manage various women’s problems like heavy, irregular, and painful periods.it is also known as the Ashoka bricks and sacred trees found all over India.
NOTE:-
This product does not have any side effects as all herbal products are used.
If it does not suit you, you can either decrease the dosage, increase water intake, or still not suits you then you can discontinue it.
